Local Students Fee Schedule and Policy 2025 – 2026

 

A – New Enrollment Fee

$150 per child (one time) must be received during the admission process.

 

B – Book Fee

IMSA will provide the textbooks for the students

 

C – Tuition Fee

  • Grades KG :    $585  per month for 12 months
  • Grades 1-5 :    $600  per month for 12 months
  • Grades 6-8 :    $625 per month for 12 months
  • Grades 9-12 :    $650  per month for 12 months

($15 discount per month applicable for subsequent children)

 

D – Notes

  • 12 monthly installments from August 2025 to July 2026.
  • The first payment must be received during the admission process for new admissions.
  • First payment must be received before August 5, 2025, for the current admissions.
  • Subsequent monthly tuition will be debited to IMSA from the parents’ account through automatic withdrawal. It will occur on the 1st of every month starting September 1, 2025, for a total of 11 months until July 1, 2026.
  • The parents must submit a voided check for automatic withdrawal.

 

E – Late Fee Policy

  • If the fee is not received by the 5th of every month, a late fee of $25 per child will be charged.
  • If the fee is not received by the 15th of every month, a late fee of $50 per child will be charged.

  • Registration fee is required for initial enrollment only.
  • Upon successful registration, to process or ensure the validity of the student’s mandatory I-20 form, tuition must either be paid in advance or all the prior/upcoming installments must be paid by the prescribed
  • Re-enrollment will not be validated for those students who have an outstanding balance from the previous
  • Conditions for tuition discounts:
    • Sibling discount: 10%
      • Valid only for siblings, not applicable for other types of
    • Advance payment discount: 5%
      • This rate is valid during the early registration period as notified by the school when paid in one lump

 

  • Specified fees include the following services: (Boarding students)
    • School tuition
    • Three meals per day
    • Housing
    • Books
    • Activities (Clubs, Winter & Summer Camp, Field trips)

 

  • Specified fees do not include the following:
    • Passport and visa fees
    • Overseas stamp fees and airfare
    • School uniform and gym attire
    • Domestic trips offered throughout the year
    • Test fees (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, ACT, AP) and test preparation

 

  • Refund Terms and Conditions:
    • If student is unable to secure a S. Visa, all money paid, less $1,250, will be refunded, out of $1,500.
    • In the case of notification of cancellation for student registration:
      • For cancellations made prior to school opening, two thirds of all fees paid will be
      • For cancellations made by October 1st, one half of all fees paid will be
      • For cancellations made between the first day of winter break and the end of the second semester, no refunds will be allowed, and all fees must be paid in their
      • Student file and I-20 form transfer requests will not be honored until student’s account balances are

 

  • Health Insurance:
    • Obligatory on an annual basis for all students studying in the S. with a visa.
    • All health expenses are covered at 90%, 10% being paid by the student except for pre-existing conditions and dental work.

    • Domestic trips are offered throughout the year

    • Bedding, Hygiene, and Sanitary Items

 

  • Refund Terms and Conditions:
    • If a student is unable to secure his/her admission before the school starts, all money paid, less $ 250, will be refunded.
    • Refunds will not be made for the month the student leaves.

 

  • Health Insurance:
    • Obligatory on an annual basis for all boarding students.
    • The Insurance carrier we use for our boarding students (premium paid by parent/guardian) requires the parent/ guardian to be responsible for all deductibles, copays, and services not covered by the insurance.
    • Health Insurance must be paid for and provided by the parents.
