SCHOOL FEE SPECIFICATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS,
NEW REGISTRATIONS AND RENEWALS 26-27
- Registration fee is required for initial enrolment only.
- Upon successful registration, to process or ensure the validity of the student’s mandatory I-20 form, tuition must either be paid in advance or all the prior/upcoming installments must be paid by the prescribed
- Reenrollment will not be validated for those students who have an outstanding balance from the previous
- Conditions for tuition discounts:
- Sibling discount: 10%
- Valid only for siblings, not applicable for other types of
- Advance payment discount: 5%
- This rate is valid during the early registration period as notified by the school when paid in one lump
- Specified fees include the following services: (Boarding students)
- School tuition
- Three meals per day
- Housing
- Books
- Activities (Clubs, Winter & Summer Camp, Field trips)
- Specified fees do not include the following:
- Passport and visa fees
- Overseas stamp fees and airfare
- School uniform and gym attire
- Domestic trips offered throughout the year
- Test fees (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, ACT, AP) and test preparation
- Refund Terms and Conditions:
- If student is unable to secure a S. Visa, all money paid, less $1,250, will be refunded, out of $1,500.
- In the case of notification of cancellation for student registration:
- For cancellations made prior to school opening, two thirds of all fees paid will be
- For cancellations made by October 1st, one half of all fees paid will be
- For cancellations made between the first day of winter break and the end of the second semester, no refunds will be allowed, and all fees must be paid in their

- Health Insurance:

- All health expenses are covered at 90%, 10% being paid by the student except for pre-existing conditions and dental work.

SCHOOL FEE SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOARDING STUDENTS 2026-2027
- Application fee is required for initial enrollment only and non-refundable.
- Specified fees include the following services: (Boarding students)
- School tuition
- Three meals per day
- Housing
- Books
- Activities (Clubs, Winter & Sumer Camp, Field trips)
- Specified fees do not include the following:
- Stationary materials
- School uniform and gym attire
- Domestic trips offered throughout the year
- Personal expenses
- Bedding, Hygiene and Sanitary items
- Refund Terms and Conditions:
- If student is unable to secure his/her admission before school starts, all money paid, less $ 250, will be
- Refunds will not be made for the month student leaves.
- Health Insurance:
- Obligatory on an annual basis for all boarding students.
- Health Insurance must be provided by the parents. (Parent/ guardian is responsible for all deductibles, copays and services not covered by the insurance)
- Parents should provide the copy of the insurance to the school.
SCHOOL FEE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Once registered the payments will be automatically withdrawn from the account provided by the parents/guardian (via a voided check).

- Late Fee Policy
- If fee is not received by the 5th of every month, a late fee of $25 per child will be charged.
- If fee is not received by the 15th of every month, a late fee of $50 per child will be charged.
- In case fee is not received by the 20th necessary action will be taken which may include suspension.
